What this is

Ask the Abolitionist is an independent project produced by askscottpierce.com and Left Join Studio. It collects and indexes public writings from abolitionistsrising.com and freethestates.org so readers can search across both corpora and ask questions in plain language. We are not a product of, endorsed by, or speaking on behalf of either of those organizations.

What we’re trying to do

See every preborn human life saved. That’s the whole motivation for building this. We believe every human being — from conception onward — bears the image of God and must be protected by law. Nothing on this site is meant to do harm; it is meant to equip people to speak the truth clearly, and to walk readers from wherever they stand into the conviction that abortion must be abolished.

Using what you read here

The articles belong to the people who wrote them. Their copyright and any usage terms of the source publications still apply. We show excerpts with a link back to the original; click through to read articles in their intended context.

AI answers can be wrong. The chat box summarizes from the underlying writings but will occasionally misquote, misstate, or invent a detail. Every answer includes links to the source articles the retrieval pulled from — verify before you share in a conversation or in print. If an answer looks off, hit the 👎 so we can fix it.

Nothing here is legal, medical, or pastoral counsel. If you’re working through grief, trauma, or shame, talk to a real pastor or counselor in your life. If you’re working on legislation, talk to a real attorney. This site can help you think; it can’t sit with you.

Disclaimers

  • The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Answers stream from an LLM operating on retrieved text; neither the model nor the underlying corpus is guaranteed accurate, complete, or current.
  • We don’t promise uptime. This is beta — infrastructure, URLs, and content may change.
  • We’re not responsible for what other people do with information they read here.

Beta

“Beta” means we are still shaping this. Article sets, voice, the journey map, and chat behavior are all subject to revision. If something broke, the 👎 button and the feedback row it writes is the fastest way to tell us.
